HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Add to Cart
To add an item to your cart, Select the variant you'd like and click Add to Cart on the product page.

2. Review Shopping Cart
After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity.

3. Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to order, select the green button Checkout located in your shopping cart.

4.Enter the information
Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details.

When your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP HERE?
Absolutely! We use 256-bit encryption, which is the same encryption banks use. We do not store or have access to any of your credit card or paypal details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal or Stripe, depending on your payment method.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 1 business days. This does not include weekends or national holidays.
US delivery 3-7 business days
International delivery 10-20 business days (for most countries)

HOW CAN I CALCULATE THE SHIPPING COST?
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout like normal. Once you have entered your shipping address you will have the option to calculate your shipping costs before placing your order.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET?
Items can take 1-2 days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

WHY DOES MY PACKAGE SHOW IT'S BEEN DELIVERED WHEN I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?
Please contact your local post office. The courier will have the most up-to-date information to help you locate your order. We will do all we can to help you with the process, but, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that are showing they have been delivered.

DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO THE USA?
We ship worldwide! We successfully ships A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

I BOUGHT TWO OR MORE PRODUCTS - WHY ONLY RECEIVED ONE?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So sometimes you will receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Rest assured, they will get to you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped and feel free to contact us.. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent to you or by clicking Track My Order.

THE TRACKING SAYS "NOT FOUND"! WHAT DO I DO?
The tracking requires a few days to update once the order is processed. Please wait until it has updated.
